YOUR INFORMATION. YOUR RIGHTS.

Recruitment Privacy Policy

This notice explains how Diginat Group uses personal information when you apply, track an application or contact us.

Who handles your information

Diginat Group is responsible for recruitment information collected on this website. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected]. Our contact address is 5 Oluwaseyi Close, off Ilo Awela Road, Ota 112212, Ogun State.

Information we collect

We collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, telephone and WhatsApp number, CV, employment and education history, skills, assessment answers, supporting documents and recruitment correspondence. Where the application form requests them, this may include date of birth and gender. Interview preferences, booking changes, offers and acceptance records are also kept where those features are used. Webcam acceptance information is collected only when that acceptance process is enabled and you submit it.

We also process application identifiers, password authentication information, technical security records and meeting link access records. Opening a meeting link does not, by itself, prove that you attended the meeting.

Why we use it

We use information to assess suitability for the opening, administer assessments and interviews, communicate progress, request documents, issue offers, respond to enquiries and protect the recruitment service. We rely on an appropriate lawful basis for each activity, including steps requested before entering an employment contract, legitimate recruitment and security interests, legal obligations or consent where required. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

AI assisted review and ethical screening

Where enabled, AI tools review supplied CVs, application evidence and assessment responses against criteria for an opening. They may suggest scores, summaries or internal candidate labels. These outputs are estimates and can contain errors; they are not a guarantee of suitability or an employment offer.

Employer configured screening rules may automatically route an application or change its status based on a saved score or an action deadline. Where this affects you, you can ask for human review, explain your circumstances, challenge the outcome and correct inaccurate information by contacting us. We aim to assess relevant qualifications and evidence fairly. Protected personal characteristics and inferred age from education dates should not be used as substitutes for job suitability.

Recommendations for other openings

We may identify another relevant opening using your qualifications and application evidence and contact you with a proposal. A proposed role transfer requires your acceptance before your application moves to that opening. You may decline or ask us to stop considering you for other roles. Consideration for other openings does not guarantee an interview or offer.

Communications and interviews

We may send application confirmations, status updates, action requests, reminders and interview instructions through the channels enabled for recruitment, including email, SMS or WhatsApp. Interview scheduling and meeting links may use a connected meeting service. These recruitment messages are separate from unrelated promotional marketing.

Sharing and service providers

Access is limited to people authorised to handle recruitment and service providers needed to operate the website, store documents, deliver messages, provide meetings or perform AI processing. AI review may send relevant application content to the configured AI provider. Provider processing, retention and international transfers depend on the services in use and applicable agreements. Contact us for details of the providers used for your application. We seek appropriate safeguards where information is processed outside your country. We do not sell application information or make private applications public.

Security and retention

We use access controls and other appropriate safeguards to protect recruitment information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information only as necessary for recruitment administration, relevant further consideration, security and applicable legal obligations or claims. The period depends on the information and purpose. You can ask us for the applicable retention period or request deletion; some records may need to be retained for lawful reasons.

Cookies and website use

Essential session and authentication technologies help applications and tracking work. Application progress may be stored in your browser. If optional analytics or advertising tools are enabled, their notices and any consent requirements apply separately. Contact form details are used to respond to your enquiry.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information, object to processing, withdraw consent and request human intervention in an automated decision. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Contact [email protected] with your application number where available; do not send your password. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or your relevant data protection authority.
