Create secure, dependable services that power Diginat platforms and integrations.
What you will do
- Design, develop and maintain APIs, business logic, databases and background services.
- Translate product requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
- Integrate payment, messaging, storage and third-party services where required.
- Write tests, investigate production issues and improve system reliability.
- Document services and collaborate with frontend, product and infrastructure colleagues.
What you will bring
- Professional backend development experience with at least one production server-side language.
- Sound knowledge of relational databases, API design, authentication and security fundamentals.
- Experience with Git, testing, deployment workflows and production debugging.
- Ability to reason clearly about data integrity, performance and failure handling.
- Strong collaboration, documentation and problem-solving skills.
How success is measured
- API reliability, security and response performance.
- Delivery of tested features within agreed timelines.
- Production incident rate and resolution time.
