About the role
Lead research and design for useful, intuitive digital products across the group.
What you will do
- Own product design from discovery and user flows through prototypes and final specifications.
- Plan research, interview users and convert evidence into clear product decisions.
- Create and maintain accessible design systems across Diginat products.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to balance user, business and technical needs.
- Review implemented work, mentor contributors and raise the overall design standard.

- A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design and measurable outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency with modern interface design and prototyping tools.
- Experience with user research, information architecture and responsive design systems.
- Ability to explain decisions, receive feedback and influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent visual judgment, attention to detail and product thinking.

- Usability improvements and design adoption.
- Quality and timeliness of design handoff.
- Design-system coverage and reduction in interface inconsistency.
